Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed only under exceptional circumstances such as duplicate payment, technical error, or cancellation of admission as per institutional policy. The following conditions apply:
Requests must be submitted in writing to the college’s Accounts Department along with proof of payment.
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 10 to 15 working days.
No refund will be entertained for services already rendered or completed transactions unless explicitly approved by the management.
Processing fees or convenience charges collected by the payment gateway are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
Online payments once processed are non-cancellable. However, cancellation requests may be considered in the following cases:
Duplicate or erroneous transactions.
Admission withdrawal as per the college’s academic regulations.
All such requests must be submitted within 3 working days of the transaction date. Decisions will be at the discretion of the college management and subject to verification of records.
