The Grievance Redressal Cell (GRC)

The Grievance Redressal Cell (GRC) is setup to address the issues of students concerning their grievances and redress the complaints as per their requirement. The students with a genuine grievance to approach Grievance Redressal Cell or by filling Google forms in online or post it to suggestion box to submit their grievance regarding any academic, non- academic matters and related to facilities requirements in the campus. The institution supports the student at all levels and make them feel comfortable learning experience in the campus. The institution aims to solve the student grievances within stipulated time

Objectives

Mechanism of the GRC

Grievance redressal committee (GRC) Convenor periodically checks if any grievances are submitted

Post receipt of the complaint/application the committee will decide on the merit of case regarding scope of further discussion investigation and act promptly.

GRC shall consider redressing of grievances within a reasonable time and covey the grievance to the particular concern to take necessary action.

The cell will give report to the authority about the cases attended to and seek guidance from the higher authorities if required.

GRC follow the grievance status until the grievance redressed

The students may feel free to write (can be anonymous if required) a letter and drop in the grievance/ suggestion box.

The Grievance Cell will act upon those cases which have been forwarded along with the necessary documents.
